When is the payment due?

Payment is due the day of your photo shoot before the session starts. If you have any questions or you're not ready to book please reach out to me with an inquiry and we can further discuss the potential session. 

How do i make a payment?

You can make a payment with cash, Venmo, or Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted and an invoice will be sent to your email. 

What is a retainer fee?

A retainer fee is a non-refundable payment required to secure your session date and time. It ensures your booking is confirmed and goes toward the total cost of your session. 

How much is the retainer fee and when is it due?

The retainer fee is $75. It will be due 7 days prior to your session. 

When do I receive my photos?

Editing your photos takes a bit of time to bring out the beauty in the images. Please allow a few weeks to receive an email notification letting you know that your photos are ready for download. 

How do I download my photos to my computer?

Open the Pixieset gallery.

Click the Download icon, which looks like a downward pointing arrow on a rectangle.

Enter your email address and the download PIN, if it is turned on.

Select the resolution and download location.

Click Download. 

How do I download my photos to my phone?

View your gallery on your mobile device

Select the images you want to download

Click the Download icon

Press down on the image until the Save Image message box appears

The image will be saved to your mobile device's camera roll. 

Are prints provided?

You can purchase prints, holiday cards, and more at additional cost through my shop when you receive your gallery link.

The shop is easy to navigate and will even have your photos from your gallery ready to drag and drop so you won't have to upload them anywhere. 

Are the Raw photos provided?

No, sorry. Raw files are like the uncut footage of a movie. They do not accurately represent the photographer's intended final product. By giving out raw files, photographers risk their work being altered, misused, or shared without their permission. 

What locations do you serve?

The greater Buffalo area.

Buffalo, Amherst, Cheektowaga, Depew, Lockport, Niagara Falls, Sanborn, Tonawanda's, Wheatfield, Williamsville. 

Do you have a studio?

I do not have a studio that I work out of. All of my photography is done on location. 

Where do you take photos?

Primarily, all sessions will be outdoors. If you have a favorite location in mind or need suggestions please let me know. 

What if I'm outside the area?

Reach out to me in an email with your location and we can have a conversation about it.

I'm willing to travel outside the area, however, depending on the distance, I will require a traveling fee starting at $50. 

What if I can't make the session?

Sometimes things come up. If you can't make the session there are two options:

- Reschedule

- Cancelation 

How do I reschedule?

Reach out to me in an email and we can find a new date together. I'll send you the conformation of the reschedule after booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions prevent the session to be possible, I will offer a rescheduled date in which we can discuss. When a reschedule is made due to weather this does not count against you. Refunds will not be offered in the case of bad weather. 

Why do I have to sign a contract?

Contracts protect both parties, and they tell the client exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises. Clear expectations build trust and strengthen relationships. 

What should I wear?

Ultimately, this is up to you. I can provide suggestions based on the location, time of year, and theme, however they are only my opinions. 

Is hair and makeup provided?

At separate cost hair styling, makeup, and/ or sfx make up can be provided through my partners.

You will be billed separately by them. I do not set pricing for their services.

I don't know how to pose, can you help me?

Yes!

I have developed multiple poses for horror portraits. If you like a specific pose from my portfolio photos we can work together to create something similar and unique to you.

If you have a favorite scene from a movie we can create an original pose on the spot inspired by it. 

STEP 1.

Fill out the contact form in the contact page. I will reach out to you shortly after  receiving the form to discuss dates, times, locations for your photo session.

STEP 2.

We will meet in person to review the contract together before electronically signing. The non-refundable retainer fee will also be collected at this time to confirm yourt booking. Meeting in person allows the client and photographer to break the ice and become more comfortable with one another on the day of the photoshoot.

STEP 3.

This is the photo session day. I will arrive prior to the booked time to set up so it does not take from your time. 

STEP 4.

When your photos are ready you will be notified by email. Follow the steps in the email to download your photos. Please expect to wait 2-3 weeks before all photos are available. The photos you recieve will be the amount determined by your session type. Each photo will be of a differnt pose to provide variety.
